I recently did termite inspection on my town home.
Inspector came right in time and was very polite
After doing the inspection, he told me that my house was free of termite and congratulated me.
He was honest and good to work with. I recommend the company.

The warranty is awesome. They came out on time and informed us that if you see another ant or roach in the next 60 days we will come out for Free and perform another service!
Well, we saw a few ants wandering around 2 weeks later and they did come out for free and performed another service. Now , we are pest free. The people are friendly and enthusisatic.y.

What a breath of fresh air! I called Lady Bugs after finding these strange tiny little critters in my downstairs bath and hallway. Jamie was so helpful and calming on the phone and after sending them a photo of the bug, put me in touch with their tech Diego who was able to immediately identify what they were and tell me not to worry. You have to know, I am freaked out by any bugs in my home but after speaking to Diego felt assured that he would take care of me and them. Through our phone call he helped walk me through the process of finding out where they were coming from and how to immediately get rid of them before he could get out to spray. He was right! They were brought in with the bird seed from the market that I store in the garage.

After doing the step by step Diego suggested in my garage I was able to rid myself of these little beasts and therefore was able to cancel my spraying appointment this morning. Jamie was very kind and happy I was able to do this on my own and said that they would be there if I needed them in the future. No pressure, no scare tactics, only great service!

I highly recommend Lady Bugs. I’ve not come across a company in a very long time that was willing to help me and not make a dime! Great friendly service is all I can say.

We use lady bug all the time, love that there approach is all natural not poising the bugs/rodents or chemicals for termite. The guys that come out are friendly and always put covers on their shoes (those little things make me happy)

My mom has had this company’s service for a while now. I am happy when my mom is happy with the service she gets from this company. And trust me my mom is hard to please. When I call (Maria) receptionist answers with a friendly voice. There always on top of the business , if we forget to call they will call us and remind us for our next appointment. (Robert) the guy who comes to spray is very friendly and very patient with my mom. That I really appreciate it. This review is a little late but hopefully provides useful info for folks who needs someone to help with pest control.

Diego (owner) came out to check for termite inspection – NOT SUBBED OUT TO WORKERS. VERY THOROUGH and was also very considerate when he stepped into our home – he wore coverings for his shoes 🙂 Found a couple of termite spots – both subterranean and dry wood outside and underneath our house. Price quoted was really good + using minimally invasive treatment – no pressure from Diego and told me to call him if I wanted him to do the job. Also sent me a full report that evening with details of his inspection. Had another company come out for a second estimate – $500 more!

Called Diego and he came and did an excellent job. Told him the other company found another spot outside and Diego took care of that without extra charges. Also gave two-year warranty instead of 1. HONEST AND HARDWORKING and thus Highly Recommended 🙂

Had a great interview with lady bug to do a termite inspection and an even better service. They definitely went above and beyond their responsibilities

I scheduled the termite inspeciton last week. It was supposed to be on Thursday, got rescheduled because of the rain. The lady who helped me to make schedule is Karla. She is very helpful. Today is my inspection day. Diego came in and did a pretty good inspection. And will send me the report tomorrow morning. It is about 1 hour inspection. He also provided the suggestion and the quotes.

I recommend this company. For me, it’s another great help on my house purchasing road. There are lots of stuff are complicated, but Diego and his company make it a little bit easier for me, on this step of termite inspection.

Lady Bug does a great job. They are quick to respond to emergency calls as well as basic needs. They took care of an ant problem quickly. Techs and sales people are polite and easy to work with.

We will use them again and highly recommend them.

Well, all the reviews were right!! I’m so glad I went with this company first. Diego, the owner, came out personally to inspect my bug problem. I didn’t know if I had termites or what so he could have told me anything. But he assured me they weren’t termites, or harmful and gave me quite an education about insects in general – all for free.

He was so knowledgeable I decided to try the general prevention spraying to get rid of all the spiders that have been around with the heat and he was totally workable with a payment situation. Truly one doesn’t find this kind of fairness and quality and affordablitlity, all in one company, with a super nice owner as well.

I would recommend him in a minute.

I called ladybugs because I was having problems with rats. The lady on the phone was very nice and she helped me schedule my appointments. When the technician came out he set traps near the entrances of my attic and crawlspace and had them taken care of in no time. I also like how when they come in your house they put these things on their boots so they don’t get your floor dirty. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends.

We used them for our rodent problem at our home. Diego, the owner, came out to do the inspection himself. He gave us a reasonable rate and also took the time to educate us on how rodents come to infest homes and what reasonable expectations should be.

They came out multiple times over several weeks until the problem was fixed before sealing up the points of entries. We still have some work to do on our own in terms of clean up from all the damage the rodents left but so far, it seems like the problem has been resolved.

I recommend them for a few reasons:

1) The owner is very professional and it’s nice to get that extra level of service (how many pest control places can you call where the owner actually works in the field too?).

2) They prefer to use environmentally friendly measures (and we are big on being eco-friendly).

3) They are licensed, insured, and bonded, and I’m told their technicians/employees are thoroughly background checked before getting hired. This is important because it gives us peace of mind that we don’t have to worry about theft or other issues.
